The package includes a bespoke 15-minute wedding ceremony, written and delivered by Monty King, Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrant, and 1.5 hours of photography by Nicole Butler, covering your ceremony, family portraits, and couple portraits. Everything is designed to work together as one seamless experience. The package is $2,500 inc. GST and covers up to 20 guests.

Yes, entirely. We'll work with wherever feels right for you. A vineyard, a beach, a family property, somewhere that's always meant something to you. If you're not sure where to start, we're happy to make suggestions.

We cover Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, and the Central Coast, broadly anywhere within about an hour of Newcastle.
Outside of those areas may be considered for an additional fee.

Yes. Monty is a Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrant, which means your marriage will be fully legal and recognised in Australia. All paperwork is handled, you'll leave properly married.

Yes, Australian law requires two witnesses aged 18 or over. They can be guests, friends, or family. If you're planning a very private elopement and don't have witnesses sorted, let us know and we can help make arrangements.

Absolutely, that's the whole point. Monty will spend time getting to know your story before the day and your ceremony will be written specifically around you. Readings, rituals, particular moments, whatever matters to you, we'll make it happen.

As this is an elopement service though, ceremonies will be around the 15 minute mark.

As early as you can, particularly for peak periods. That said, the package suits couples who want to move quickly. If you have a date in mind, reach out and we'll let you know what's available.

Monday to Thursday as standard. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday may be available if your date falls within three months of your enquiry, additional fees may apply.

We've both been doing this long enough to know weather has a mind of its own. We'll keep an eye on the forecast and have a conversation about contingency options if needed. Some of the most beautiful ceremonies and photos happen in imperfect weather.

Monty will lodge all required marriage paperwork following your ceremony. Nic will deliver your edited photos in a downloadable, online gallery within an agreed timeframe, discussed at the time of booking.
